Whether you’re a brand with an active subscription or a creator waiting for a payout, your payment flow should run smoothly. Here’s how to fix the most common issues with payments or billing on WebContent.
For Brands
1. My card is being declined
Check that the card has funds available
Make sure online payments are enabled
Try another card if possible
Contact your bank if the issue continues
2. I’m missing an invoice
Contact support
All invoices are also automatically sent to your registered email
3. I want to update my payment card
Go to Subscription in your account settings
Click Add payment method and enter your new card details
The update applies immediately
For Creators
1. I haven’t received my payment
Verify that your content has been approved by the brand
Make sure your Stripe account is correctly connected
Check your available balance under Payments
Remember: payouts only happen when you request them
2. I can’t withdraw my money
Log in to your connected Stripe account
Make sure your bank account is registered
Check for any security notifications from Stripe
Contact support if the issue persists
Common Issues for Both
1. Payment stuck as “pending”
This usually happens when the content hasn’t been approved yet.
Log in and check the status of the task
Contact the brand through the platform if you’re waiting for approval
2. Incorrect information on an invoice
Contact support
Specify which details need to be corrected (VAT/CVR, email, address, etc.)
