Notifications Not Working – What Should I Do?
Notifications keep you updated so you don’t miss new campaigns, feedback, or payments. If you’re not receiving push alerts in the app, it’s usually due to settings on your phone — or inside the app itself.
Here’s a simple checklist to fix the issue.
1. Check notification permissions on your phone
iPhone:
Go to Settings > Notifications > WebContent
Make sure:
“Allow Notifications” is enabled
Sounds, banners, and lock-screen alerts are turned on
Android:
Go to Settings > Apps > WebContent > Notifications
Make sure all notification types are enabled
Check if Do Not Disturb is on (turn it off)
2. Check notification settings inside the app
Open the WebContent app
Go to Profile > Settings > Notifications
Make sure all the notifications you want are turned on
(e.g., campaigns, feedback, approvals)
3. Update the app
Using an old app version can cause issues.
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Search for WebContent
Tap Update if available
4. Restart and log in again
A simple reset can solve a lot:
Fully close the app
Restart your phone
Log in again
Test by swiping on a campaign or performing another action
