How do I create an account?

You can sign up for free via our pricing page or by clicking “Start Free” on the homepage. No credit card is required — you can get started immediately.

How much does the platform cost?

We offer a free Solo plan and a paid Scale plan.
Solo allows you to pay per task. Scale gives you lower fees, AI tools, and access to strategic support.

How do I create a campaign?

Once logged in, click “Create Campaign” in your dashboard.
Use the AI Script Maker or your own inputs — and go live in just a few clicks.

How do I get matched with creators?

When you publish a campaign, it’s automatically shown to relevant creators.
You’ll be notified when a creator swipes “yes,” and you can choose who you want to collaborate with.

How does billing and payment work?

Payments are handled via card and Stripe.
Invoices are sent automatically to your email.
You can update your payment details at any time.

For Creators

How do I become a creator?

Sign up via the Become a Creator page.
It takes under 30 seconds, and no email verification is required.

How do I swipe on tasks?

In the mobile app, go to “Marketplace” and swipe right (yes) or left (no).
When a brand selects you, you gain access to the brief and can begin creating content.

How do I upload my content?

Once selected, the campaign opens in your app.
Upload your video directly from there. Use WiFi and MP4 format for best results.

How and when do I get paid?

After your content is approved, your payment becomes visible in your balance.
You choose when and how much you want to withdraw — everything runs securely through Stripe.

What if I have technical issues?

Contact support through the app or the support form.
Our team typically responds within a few hours and will help you quickly.

Yes — the mobile app is available for both platforms and is updated continuously.

Can I get help with briefing and campaign structure?

Yes — Scale users can book sessions with a dedicated Performance Manager directly from the dashboard.
