Uploading Content and Meeting Deadlines
Once you're selected for a campaign, your next step is to create and upload your content. WebContent makes it easy to stay organized – but it's crucial that you deliver on time and follow the brief closely.
Here’s a step-by-step guide:
1. Review the brief
Before filming, read the brief thoroughly. It outlines:
What the video should be about
Format, tone, and style
Upload deadline (if specified)
Technical requirements (e.g. vertical format, natural light, duration)
The better you understand the brief, the more likely your content gets approved on the first try.
2. Film and edit your content
While recording:
Ensure good audio and lighting
Stick to the brief – but stay authentic
Don’t mention competitors or use music you don’t have rights to
Keep your editing simple – most brands prefer “natural” over overly polished videos.
3. Upload your content
When ready:
Go to the campaign in the app
Tap “Upload Video”
Select your file and add a short comment (optional)
The system will confirm when your upload is complete.
Upload before the deadline – brands can see your delivery history on future jobs.
4. Await approval and feedback
Once uploaded:
The brand is notified and reviews your video
They can approve it or request changes
If changes are needed, you’ll get a message with specific feedback
You can then upload a revised version directly in the app
5. Meet your deadlines
Your credibility and future opportunities depend on this. Make sure to:
Deliver on time
Communicate early if something comes up
Only swipe on jobs you’re 100% ready to commit to
Creators who respect deadlines and follow briefs are prioritized in future campaigns.
6. Get paid
After your content is approved:
Your payment is automatically activated
You can track the status in the app
Payout is sent to your selected account
