How to Manage Your Campaign Budget and Understand Marketplace Fees
WebContent is designed to be flexible – you only pay for the content you order. When launching a campaign, you decide how many creators you want to work with and how much to pay per video.
Here’s a complete guide to managing your budget and understanding the platform’s fee structure.
1. Set your budget when creating a campaign
During campaign setup, you define:
Number of videos (e.g. 3 videos)
Price per video (e.g. DKK 1,000/video)
The system calculates the total automatically:
3 videos x DKK 1,000 = DKK 3,000 + marketplace fee
2. How the marketplace fee works
The marketplace fee is WebContent’s transaction fee – it covers platform operations, support, matching system, and creator payouts.
Solo (Free) → 30%
Scale (Paid) → 10%
Example:
DKK 3,000 in creator payments
On Solo: Total = DKK 3,900
On Scale: Total = DKK 3,360
The more campaigns you run, the more it makes sense to switch to Scale and save on fees.
3. Track your budget in the dashboard
Once your campaign is live, you can monitor:
Total spent
Approved vs. pending content
Marketplace fee per video
Everything is shown in the campaign overview to help you stay on top of your budget.
4. Optimize your campaigns financially
Here are ways to get more out of your budget:
Use the AI Brief Maker → better briefs = fewer revisions
Start with fewer videos, then scale if results are strong
Choose the Scale plan if you run more than one campaign per month
Re-invite proven creators (higher quality, lower risk)
5. Add brands and users as needed
On the Scale plan, you can add more brands:
Price: DKK 995 each
50% discount when buying 3 or more
You can also add multiple users to share access and responsibility across your team.
Tip: Use the campaign builder
We recommend using the campaign builder and budget overview before launching – it gives you full clarity before clicking “Create Campaign.”
